The Neighborhood Energy Connection (NEC) is a 26 year old Saint Paul-based nonprofit organization that provides energy conservation information, services and programs to residents and communities across Minnesota.
We partner with individuals, community groups, utilities, businesses, and institutions to design and deliver high-quality energy conservation services.
