The City of Saint Paul encourages residents, business owners, building managers, religious and educational institutions to join the effort by turning off all non-essential lights and signs on March 31 from 8:30 to 9:30 PM. We also encourage you to look beyond the hour to find ways you can conserve energy on a daily basis.
