Ben Frank joined the HOURCAR team in the Spring of 2014. With a B.S. in Urban Studies, Ben is interested in programs, plans and policies that make cities better for people. He enjoys speaking with current and prospective members about how HOURCAR can complement a lifestyle of biking, walking and transit use and reduce the need for a private automobile.
