Jennifer Crandall started working at HOURCAR in the spring of 2013. As member services supervisor, Jen makes sure that car-sharing with HOURCAR is fun and easy for all members. She also ensures members are billed accurately. A transit user and a bicyclist, Jen is a lifelong Twin Citian who has lived on both sides of the river, and she loves to apply her knowledge of Minneapolis and Saint Paul to help HOURCAR members get around the cities.
Jen holds a B.A. and an M.Ed. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and is a former German teacher. When not helping members at HOURCAR, she can be found drinking coffee, volunteering at the Minnesota Transgender Health Coalition, shopping at a co-op or running the lakes.
