Meredith is the fleet manager for Hourcar. She coordinates maintenance and repairs for the fleet, responds to issues with vehicles and works to put systems in to place to make all of that easier. She enjoys the variety of things she gets to do in her job, the problem solving required and her coworkers.
Previously, Meredith served two terms with the Conservation Corps of MN and IA doing natural resources restoration projects with high schoolers in Saint Paul parks. She was also an instructor for the Minnesota DNR’s “I Can Camp!” program during the summers, which she greatly enjoyed.
Meredith studied Wildlife Ecology at UW-Madison. She misses working in the field with wildlife but finds helping people live ecologically responsible lives every day is also rewarding. She likes to run, dance at weddings and watch Netflix.
