Terry Cagle-Kemp first started working for the NEC in June of 1993 as a residential energy auditor. He did this for five years. After a hiatus of three years, he rejoined the organization in the spring of 2001.
As a certified BPI Building Analyst Professional, Terry conducts residential single and multi-family energy audits, as well as post-inspections of insulation and HVAC improvements for NEC’s different energy improvement programs. In his free time he enjoys reading, gardening and conducting research on his family history.
