Terry joined the NEC in April 2016. In his role as outreach specialist, he helps strenghten the NEC's relationships with community partners. Previously, Terry worked for SEIU and Clean Water Action.
Terry holds undergraduate degrees from Metropolitan State University and the University of Minnesota, and an MPP from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
