They’re so polite and knowledgeable and I’m impressed. They got everything taken care of, and all the lights changed that they could, and we’re very, very happy for that. One of the great things that Kate did was…I don’t know if you remember I asked you about a gas lantern and you said you weren’t real sure about that. Well, Kate went out there and said, “I’ll see what I can do.” And I said, “Well, it’s on day and night, and three people have looked it, and three of them have said the screw is too tight and you can’t shut it off and it doesn’t us that much energy.” I know it’s using energy and I was concerned about it. Well, Kate wasn’t out there more than five minutes and she comes back in and says, “Well that’s taken care of.” And I was so impressed. My husband and I said, “Huh, you did it?” and she said, “Sure…it took a little energy but I did it.” And so we really compliment your team. You’ve got a great team and a great program.
