- one weather-stripped door
- one programmable thermostat

3. Find two appointments that work for you on the calendar below (we will confirm one appointment with you later). An average visit takes 90 minutes.
- If you own a duplex, please select two adjacent times.
- If you live in Northfield, Red Wing, Faribault, or St. Cloud, please choose times named with your town.
